Whether you’re ready to take the next step or simply exploring your options, we offer two consultation formats—in-person and virtual—to help you feel confident, prepared, and supported from the very beginning. Here’s everything you need to know to make the most of your experience.

Consultation Options: Which Is Right for You?

In-Person Consultations

Our in-person consultations are ideal for patients who are ready to move forward with treatment or want a more hands-on assessment. You’ll meet with one of our licensed providers to discuss your goals, have your skin or facial features evaluated, and receive a Personalized Treatment Plan tailored just for you.

Same-day treatment may be possible depending on the provider’s availability after your consultation, but it is not guaranteed. If receiving treatment that day is important to you, we encourage you to call ahead so we can try to accommodate your request.

How to prepare for your in-person consultation:

• Arrive 5 – 10 minutes early
• Come makeup-free (especially for skin consultations)
• Bring any questions or inspiration photos
• Be prepared to discuss your medical history and previous treatments

Virtual Consultations:

Our virtual consultations are ideal for those who prefer to start from home or want to get to know a provider before visiting the spa. During this brief and focused call, you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions, learn about treatment options, and begin mapping out a future plan of care.

These sessions are informational and planning-based—not designed for same-day treatment—but are a great introduction to our providers and philosophy. After your appointment, you’ll receive a Personalized Treatment Plan by email summarizing your consultation and recommended next steps.

Virtual consultations are required for all new patients unless an in-person consultation is scheduled.

How to prepare for your virtual consultation:

• Be in a private, quiet space (not walking, driving, or multitasking)
• Ensure a strong internet connection
• Log in to the New Image Works App 5 minutes early
• Have questions or photos ready for discussion

How to Join Your Virtual Consultation

1. Download the New Image Works App:
   
   
2. Log in at least 5 minutes before your scheduled time. Your consultation will be visible from your “Home” page. If you don’t see your consultation on your account “Home” page, go to the “Account” tab, then select “Appointments”.
3. Five minutes before your scheduled time, a Zoom link will appear. If you join after your scheduled time, the link will no longer be available.
4. Tap the link to join the video call and connect directly with your provider through Zoom.

Please treat your virtual consult as you would any other medical appointment. This is time reserved for you, and we want you to get the most out of it. Being present, attentive, and in a quiet space allows our providers to give you the thoughtful care you deserve.

If you’re new to aesthetic treatments:

• What treatments would you recommend based on my skin and goals?
• Are there any treatments I should avoid based on my history or skin type?

• What kind of downtime or aftercare should I expect?

If you’re considering skin or laser services:

• What’s the difference between BBL, Moxi, Halo, and Sylfirm RF?
• Can laser treatments be combined with facials or chemical peels?
• What’s the best option for pigmentation, texture, or redness?

If you’re focused on long-term maintenance:

• What treatments should I do seasonally or on a regular basis?
• Do I need to change my skincare routine before or after treatment?
• Are there home-care products you recommend to enhance my results?

If you’re preparing for a special event:

• What’s the ideal timeline for treatment before my event?
• Which treatments offer quick results with minimal downtime?
• Can we create a plan that works with my schedule and budget?

Policies & Cancellation Terms

To secure your consultation, we require a deposit to reserve your appointment time. These deposits help us ensure fairness and respect for both patients and providers.

• In-Person Consultation: $100 deposit (applied toward treatment if completed within one month)
• Virtual Consultation: $25 deposit (applied toward a future visit within 3 months; non-refundable)

We kindly request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules to avoid forfeiting your deposit.
