BOTOX

Botox

Originally developed to treat blepharospasm (excessive blinking), BOTOX® Cosmetic is one of the most commonly used treatments for wrinkle reduction. BOTOX® works by weakening the fine muscles around the eyes and forehead that are responsible for frown lines and deep wrinkles that occur in these areas. The treatment consists of multiple small injections in the sites to be addressed. The effects of the medication are apparent within days and results generally last 2-4 months, after which time, re-injection is necessary.

Our provider team at New Image Works consists of highly trained, expert injectors that specialize in noticeable and natural-looking results that last.

What is BOTOX® Cosmetic?

BOTOX® Cosmetic is the first and only FDA-approved product to temporarily improve both moderate to severe frown lines between the brows, forehead lines and crow’s feet lines around the sides of the eyes.

BOTOX® Cosmetic targets one of the underlying causes of frown lines and crow’s feet—the repeated muscle contractions from frowning and squinting over the years. Your doctor will inject these muscles with BOTOX® Cosmetic to temporarily reduce muscle activity.
